Sweep Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pot roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    chopped carrots
    chopped potatoes
Preparation
    Line baking dish with ample aluminum foil.
    Place meat in center.
    If desired, surround with veggies.
    Sprinkle with onion soup.
    Tightly wrap foil around meat.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
