Impossible Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 c. broccoli flowerettes
2 c. shredded cheese, your choice**
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit baking mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

Arrange broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 10x1-1/2-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat milk, baking mix, eggs and spices together about 15 seconds in blender (or 1 minute with hand mixer); pour into pie plate.
