Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large potatoes (do not peel)
    melted butter
    salt and pepper
    grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cut strips from potatoes about 2 to 4-inches long and about 1 to 1 1/2-inches wide, leaving a little potato on the skin.
    Place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Brush with more butter and bake about 5 minutes more or until potato is tender and crisp.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
