Summer Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 ripe tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel eggs and cut lengthwise.
    Arrange around edge of casserole dish.
    Peel tomatoes, slice and put in center of dish. Make a white gravy of butter, salt, flour and milk.
    Stir until smooth and medium thick.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour this mixture over tomatoes and eggs.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Serve.
