Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
8 oz. grated cheese
12 eggs
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage.
Spread on the bottom of an oblong casserole dish.
Layer half of cheese on top of the sausage.
Beat eggs with seasonings and sour cream.
Pour over cheese and sausage.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until set, about 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
