Overnight Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices soft white bread
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain and\tcrumble.

    9-inch pan. Tear white bread into bite-size pieces and layer in pan. Layer sausage over bread.
    Combine
    mustard,
    milk
    and
    eggs. Pour over sausage.
    Cover
    and refrigerate overnight.
    Combine cream of mushroom soup
    and\tmilk.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
