Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. rice
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery; cook slowly 20 minutes.
    Cook rice slowly in salted water; rinse in hot water 1 to 2 minutes, then drain.
    Combine all ingredients plus 1/2 soup can water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
