Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. warm milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix together hamburg, sausage, pepper and salt.
    Do not overmix.
    Meat will get tough.
    Saute onion and pepper.
    Pour over meat.
    Mix eggs, cracker crumbs and warm milk until moist.
    Pour over meat.
    Mix together.
    Do not overmix.
    Wet hands and roll loaf until slightly firm.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Put foil in roaster and butter foil.
    Put 1 cup water in roaster (outside of foil). Put loaf in foil.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Uncover.
    Brown for 1 hour.
