Ruthie'S Chicken And Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 large bunches fresh broccoli (crowns)
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. scallion, chopped
    3 to 4 garlic cloves
    1/2 can chicken broth
    olive oil
    1 lb. cooked ziti
    1 c. shredded Romano
Preparation
    In frypan, saute scallion and garlic in olive oil (about 4 tablespoons).
    Cut chicken in big chunks and saute in separate pan, oil and 1/2 cup chicken broth.
    Cook chicken until juice runs clear.
    Add scallion and garlic mixture, broccoli and red pepper; cook until al dente.
    Serve hot with shredded Romano.
