Reuben Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 large can sauerkraut, well drained and finely chopped in food processor
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
2 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix corned beef, sauerkraut (after well drained) and cream cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll mixture into walnut size balls.
Dip balls into beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Put on paper towel to drip.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
