Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    3 egg whites
    fresh green pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Scald milk; add butter, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks until thick.
    Slowly add yolks to cheese sauce and fold in egg whites and bread crumbs.
    Pour into ungreased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
