Snappy Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomatoes (home canned best)
    2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of paprika
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients and bake in a casserole for 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Easy but very good.
