Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated real fine
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. Serrano chilies
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
    1/4 c. tomatoes, cubed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large red radish, sliced
    1 Tbsp. coriander leaves
Preparation
    Peel the avocado.
    Cut avocado into cubes, about 3 cups.
    Put the avocado into a mixing bowl and cut it back and forth with a knife to make a coarse mixture.
    Add the other ingredients. Chill.
