Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, defrosted and drained
    1 medium green pepper
    1 bunch green onions
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
    1 c. (8 oz. can) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. European cucumber (with skin), sliced thinly
    3/4 c. sweet and spicy French dressing
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    In wok or large skillet, heat oil and stir-fry carrots, pea pods, green pepper and onion until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomato, water chestnuts and cucumbers slices and cook a few minutes.
