Baked Chicken With Sauce - cooking recipe

1 chicken, cut up
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk.
Then roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in 13x9x2 inch pan. Put chicken in pan, skin side down and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake another 15 minutes. Blend remaining buttermilk and soup; pour over chicken.
Bake 15 minutes more or until tender.
