Baked Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1/2 c. ground chicken gizzards
    1 c. raw rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped green onion tops
    1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. parsley, minced
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    red and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ground meat with the raw rice.
    Add onion, bell pepper, celery, onion tops and parsley.
    Mix in soups and season with red and black pepper.
    Put into heavy casserole dish with close fitting cover in order to retain all the juice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
