Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook 2 minutes; boil, then add 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chips. This will go with the Jackie Cake.
