Where'S The Beef ? Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 jar dried beef, cut up small
2 to 4 Tbsp. horseradish (depending on your taste)
3 to 4 green onions, cut finely
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into large ball; wrap and refrigerate.
About 1/2 hour before serving, unwrap and sprinkle with paprika.
You want the ball to be room temperature to serve.
