5 Pound Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. pineapple
    1 lb. cherries (red and green)
    4 c. pecans
    1/2 oz. lemon flavoring
    1/2 oz. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time.
    Add 1 cup of flour to mixture.
    Add 3/4 cup of flour to fruits and nuts. Mix the cream mixture with the flour, fruits and nuts.
    Add flavorings last.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
