Fettucine Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. frozen spinach
4 tsp. fresh parsley
1 chopped clove garlic
2 tsp. fresh basil
1/3 c. skim milk Ricotta
1/2 c. plain yogurt
pepper to taste
1 lb. fettucine noodles
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in blender, except noodles.
Blend. Cook fettucine according to package directions.
Put on warm plate and toss with sauce.
