Green Bean Cheese Cake Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 (1 lb.) cans French-style green beans
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add sour cream.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add green beans and pour into baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
