Heavenly Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) packages of sugar-free instant Vanilla pudding mix
    2 cups low-fat milk (I use 1% milk)
    8 oz. fat-free sour cream
    1 large container fat-free Cool Whip
    1 (12 oz.) reduced fat vanilla wafers
    3-4 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
    Beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Add the sour cream and 2/3 container of Cool Whip.
    Beat for another minute.
    To assemble the pudding, place a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom of the container you plan to use.
    Can use a trifle bowl.
    Add a layer of sliced bananas, next a layer of pudding.
    Repeat with a layer of vanilla wafers, a layer of bananas, and a layer of pudding.
    The top layer should be pudding.
    If you like a lot of vanilla wafers, add another layer of them on the layer of pudding.
    Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
