Chip Or Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. apple vinegar
    salt to taste
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    finely chopped celery, parsley and onion, red or green
    pepper (to your taste)
Preparation
    Cook eggs, sugar, vinegar and salt in a double boiler or thick pan until thick; whisk constantly.
    Cook and mix with softened cream cheese until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients to your taste.
    Flavor improves if set overnight. Keep in fridge.
