Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Beat eggs, milk and melted butter just until blended and add to flour mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Using a 1/4 or 1/2 measuring cup, drop batter on hot, lightly greased griddle.
Bake.
Brush with melted butter and serve immediately.
Makes 11 to 12 (5 1/2-inch) pancakes.
