Brussels Sprouts And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Brussels sprouts
    1/2 c. water
    3 medium carrots, cut in bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut large Brussels sprouts in half.
    Heat 1/2 cup water, lightly salted, to boiling.
    Add sprouts and carrots.
    Return to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
    Return to saucepan.
