Dorothy'S Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. pumpkin

Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.
In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Combine with first mixture; mix, then add pumpkin.
Grease and flour pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes for sheet cake, 35 minutes for layers (makes 2 layers).
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
