Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breast halves (whole for main course)
    2 slices fresh ginger
    large lettuce head, shredded
    1/4 pkg. Chinese rice sticks
    1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    chicken salad dressing
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. m.s.g. (may omit)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Method of combining is very important. Combine all ingredients except oil, dissolving over low heat. Cool and add oil just when ready to combine salad. Shake to mix.
