Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced onions
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 large can kidney beans
Preparation
    Mix as listed and pour in a casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
