Wieprzowina With Smietanie (Baked Pork Chops In Sour Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
    margarine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the pork chops on both sides and fry in margarine until brown; then place in casserole.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour mixture over the chops.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 4 servings.
