Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 eggs, beaten
    3 lb. sausage (mild or hot), cooked and crumbled
    3 c. grated cheese
    18 slices bread, crust removed and torn into pieces
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. dried mustard
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, adding sausage and eggs last.
    Pour into 2 (1 1/2-quart) casserole dishes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
