Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small yellow squash slices
    1 medium zucchini
    1 large tomato, peeled and cut in wedges
    1 small onion, sliced and rings separated
    1 tsp. dried basil
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Layer vegetables, starting with squash, then zucchini, tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle with basil. Repeat in a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Melt margarine and sprinkle over ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Makes 6 servings.
