Blackberry Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oat bran hot cereal, uncooked
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. fresh or frozen blackberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Paper line, or spray with Pam, muffin tin. In a large bowl, combine oat bran, brown sugar and baking powder.
