Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pure bran
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 c. unrefined oil
3/4 c. raw honey
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately.
Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix.
Spoon into muffin pan, about 3/4 full.
Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Test with toothpick at 25 minutes.
