Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell or fancy pastry shell
coconut flakes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Sprinkle coconut into bottom of pastry shell.
Pour mixture over coconut.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes.
