Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, steamed or cooked for 10 minutes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers, crumbled (for top)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add mayonnaise, soup and onion.
Add to broccoli. Cut cheese into small pieces and mix throughout.
Top with crackers.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
