See'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Slice butter into chunks.
    Mix sugar and milk together into pan and bring to a boil for exactly 5 minutes.
    Add the hot mixture to the other ingredients and mix.
    Put in a glass buttered dish (fits into an 8 x 10-inch plus an 8 x 8-inch).
    Makes about 3 pounds.
