Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix and add raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased and floured bread pans.
