King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 flour tortillas
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chilies
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces. Saute onions and celery in the margarine or butter. Add the soups, chilies and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add the chili powder, oregano and cumin. Simmer for 20 more minutes.
