Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. coarse chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in raisins, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into pastry shell, bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Yields one 9-inch pie.
