Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 recipes for Plain Tomato Sauce (see recipe)
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. lasagne noodles (fresh or boxed)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Prepare Plain Tomato Sauce.
    In large skillet heat oil; add sirloin, salt and pepper.
    Brown well and remove meat with a slotted spoon, draining
    well.
    Place meat in cooking sauce. Boil a large pot of water
    with
    salt
    and
    oil.
    Cook noodles until \"al dente\", usually
    about
    8
    to
    10
    minutes.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley,
    oregano,
    salt, pepper and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well.
