Les Oreilles De Cochan("Pigs Ears" - Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add melted butter.
    Add flour, sugar, salt and stir until well blended.
    Pinch off a small ball of dough and roll out very thinly.
    Roll into cone shape, pinching bottom together so that other end resembles a pig's ear.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Fry ears until brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sift sugar over ears.
    Cool, then enjoy!
