Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. plain popped corn (no butter or salt added)
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Remove any unpopped kernels from popped corn.
Place popped corn into a large roasting pan that is sprayed with vegetable oil.
