Beef Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small grated onion
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; shape in a roll.
    Wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill several hours.
    Slice.
    Fry or broil, or add to soups or casseroles.
