Zucchini Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. melted butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; add cottage cheese and next ingredients.
    Place in 2 baking pans, 8-inches square.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 until done.
