Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boiling potatoes
1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain, rinse, then crush in pot until chunky. Add salt and butter to taste. Add milk and pepper. Add more milk to cover potatoes, if needed. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
