Hamburger And Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
1 medium eggplant
1 lb. hamburger
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

In a small casserole dish put a layer of potatoes, then eggplant, then hamburger.
Mix corn with eggs and flour.
Pour this over the 3 layers and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
