Ice Cream Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. ice cream
    1 angel cake mix
    1 jar ice cream topping or fresh fruit topping
Preparation
    Grease, flour and wax paper 3 cookie sheets.
    Make angel food cake as directed on package.
    Pour into pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    When cooked, remove cakes immediately from pan and turn out onto a clean dish towel that has been sprinkled lightly with confectioners sugar.
    Peel off wax paper and roll cake in cloth, working quickly and gently.
    Cool in cloth.
