Easy Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Microwave cheese and milk in 1 1/2-quart bowl on High 4 to 6 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 2 minutes.
Serve over potatoes or vegetables.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
