Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw grits (not instant)
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt (more or less to taste)
Preparation
    Cook grits in 3 1/2 cups water.
    Add cheese; beat in eggs, milk and garlic salt.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Should be firm when knife is inserted.) You may sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
