Meatballs With Tomatoes And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. oats
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    5 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and shape into 3/4 inch meat balls. Put in pan with tomatoes and onions.
    Blend together the soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and water.
    Add to the pan and heat over medium-low heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add 2 cups chopped green pepper.
    Cook 10 minutes or until meat balls are done.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
